80% of what doctors see each day in their practice are listed here.

Long before doctors like Peter Cleave, John Yudkin, Hugh Trowell and Dennis Burkitt – a dentist called Western Price and his wife set out on a 10 year journey to discover the nutritional cause of dental caries. Price documented his journey in a book in 1939 called Nutrition and Physical Degeneration – perhaps one of the most important books in nutrition ever written. He noticed when so called “primitive groups” living entirely on indigenous foods came in contact with civilization and replaced their original diets with a more modern western diet that the effect was disastrous for all groups he studied. As the Western diet moved across the globe and was adopted we see why more than half the world now has insulin resistance.
